Can I still make purchases in Floya?

From 1 September onwards, free-floating shared bikes and kick scooters will no longer be available in Brussels.

Bolt, Dott and Voi will gradually remove their bikes and kick scooters from Brussels, and it will no longer be possible to make trips with these partners through Floya.

To avoid purchasing a pass that may no longer be usable, 30-day passes are no longer available. 24-hour passes remain available in the meantime as do the services of the other partners.

As for the other operators, you can continue to purchase passes and tickets during the transition period.

However, some products and sales options may gradually be removed from the app as the closure date approaches. If this happens, we will let you know well in advance.
